Free Trial Period
MoziPlay offers a free trial period of 24 hours. We recommend you use the free trial before taking out a paid subscription. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate our service on your own devices.
Refund Conditions
After purchasing a subscription, a refund can be requested under the following conditions:
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase
- The service must not have been used intensively (less than 5 hours total viewing time)
- Technical problems that could not be resolved by our team
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method
Excluded from Refund
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
- Accounts that have been suspended due to violation of our terms
- Cases where the customer has not first contacted our support team
